I took myself for a walk today, which means I must have a TON of homework I'm subconsciously (or not) putting off. Week ten is just around the corner. I have two presentations to do tomorrow, and essay on Walt Whitman's Leaves of Grass due tonight and two final projects due next week. PLUS potlucks galore. And then a little later there's always the teacher, class and self-evals to do. Busy busy busy.
So, I took a walk.
I went to the park across the street for the second time. Just as lovely this time as it was the first time.
I love me some ferns.
What's left of a nurse log. I always like these, it makes the trees look like they have little feet.Bark. Duh.
I know that you're probably looking at these pictures and thinking "Oh great, trees and branches n' stuff." But these were really pretty and I liked them so much I wanted to share. So try to cope. Or at least humor me for my sake.
A bit of stump. Stumpy stumpy stump.
Moi.

Diseased bark! Much differn't from OTHER bark. But you know that because you've already seen the other pictures of bark I put up. Right?
Good.
