Sunset on the Arno

On the way to cooking class last night there was a stellar sunset as we crossed one of the bridges over the Arno River.

When I come home (to home home AND Olympia) I'm going to try to cook some of the things we've made.

Apple cake rocks, by the way, but not as hard as tiramisu and now I can do both! Oh, and all that spaghetti stuff too, but dessert is the only thing that really matters in the end...
