Epic Fruit Salad
Star and I made some sweet sweet fruit salad. Katherine turned the epic nature of fruit salad into music and rocked out.

My Babies
These are the little tadpoles that I posted about earlier. All six are still totally alive and they're between 3.5 and 4 mm long from snout to the tips of their tails. They all have legs to some degree, two are a bit further along and there's one little late bloomer. Legs don't matter anyway... right?
While I was making this post I've decided to name them Jim, Lorraine, Sampson, Sassy, Meemee and Harold. If you can guess which is which... you'll win some sort of prize or something.

Mud Bay ADVENTURE!
Jessie and I went on an adventure. We ate some tastey tastey waffles and french toast at a diner, played in the mud and then got soapy in a bath tub.
All in a good days' work!

Olympia Craziness
The artisian well is a spring that burbles up out of a parkinglot next to Olympia Outfitters. It's natural and apparently very tastey, but I STILL won't drink out of it.
This is a corn dog advertising the Bees Knees (whatever that is and WHENEVER that is.. it doens't say). Star spotted it roosting in a tree.

Bread, Gulls and Salty Waters
Jessie and I decided to find some ducks and feed the leftover ends of bread loaves to them. Unfortunately there are signs all over Capitol Lake screaming
"DON'T FEED THE DUCKS! THE POO EVERYWHERE! AND EAT OUR GRASS! AND CAUSE ALGEA BLOOMS! DEATH TO ALL DUCKS!"
Or something of that nature. So we figured that there might be ducks in the bay area so we tramped over millions of shells and squishy, stinky bits and found ourselves by some old railroad tracks.Tadpoles!
Brain, James and I decided to go capture some tadpoles one night becuase we were SUPER bored. Now, I have:
Seven tadpoles
One water beetle
Several clear invertebrates of some sort (hopefully larva that will turn into hideous monsters that will one day battle the likes of Godzilla)
And a coffee pot full of murky water.
