i don't think the wood shingles thing looks good on that house :-\. it doesn't really fit the theme. i might even go for stucco or something before that.
I think the new design looks cool, and definitely not crazy! Can't wait to see you in Sept.!
I wish we could flip is over so it was balanced on the little peak. All the floors would be all slant-y and awesome! You could do soap box races!
But short of that I think it looks niffty :)
I like all the windows :)
