Yesterday's protest showed up in today's Cooper Point Journal on the front page. How's that for quick response?

Evergreen on the Web
I thought I would post some links to aspects of The Evergreen State College that I think everyone'd like.
The first one takes you to a short (I think it's five questions) survey that determines what current programs you would like if you were attending Evergreen.
The next one goes to my program: The Nature of Natural History and gives you a little description...
Sorry, no pictures today. Class has started and I'm doing H O M E W O R K ... not messing around with my cammera. Sheesh.

D-Dorm 4th Floor
The sights and happenings on D-Dorm's 4th floor where, yes, you guessed it... I live. Enjoy! I know I do!
The Shipwreck on the Sound
On our second or third day here at Evergreen, Star, Freddie, Ben, Evan and I hiked to the Puget Sound area on campus. We got down there and found a shipwreck and "saved" a few pieces of "treasure" from it. It didn't have a name but apparently it once belonged to a guy named Sach (his name was on the permit). He left his phone number and we called but sadly he wasn't home. His boat however, was very beached so we felt free to salvage what we could. We also found the "Holy Shit" further down the shore. Freddie and Ben paddled out to one of the floating docks in the Sound with two 2x4's. And that was our adventure!
The Tree Fort
On our way to the beach we decided to try to find on of the tree forts on campus. There are at least three (one of which has three stories) sprinkled around campus. Over the year it's up to students to find them if they want to see them. No one will tell you exactly where they are or how many of them there are. That's the fun part. This was the same expedition that went to the boat so you can get everyone's names and other doings from that post as well....
